Jonathan Singh hails from the city of New York. From a very young age Jonathan knew that music was his calling from GOD. Jonathanís parents migrated from Trinidad and Tobago to fulfill Godís calling on their lives to start a church in New York City. Jonathan began to play the drums for his fatherís church at the age of 5 and never stopped playing. Jonathan then began to learn other instruments and started writing his own music at the age of 16. Jonathan is currently one of the worship leaders and the youth pastor here in Orlando at a church called Deeper Life Assembly. Jonathan has currently released an album entitled Jesus Rescues. Jesus Rescues talks about the struggles that people face in their lives every day. Some of the lyrics in his songs are about being in abusive relationships, running so far away from God that you feel you canít come back, Giving GOD everything, and simply just giving God Praise. Jonathan named the album Jesus Rescues because he wanted people to realize that no matter how big our situation is we already have the answer. God brings hope when we donít have any.
